UTFC partners with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide loans to businesses located in rural Utah communities of less than 25,000 people. The businesses must be non-traditional agricultural businesses because the purpose of the loan program is to diversify the economies in small rural towns. The loans range from $50,000-$250,000 and are repaid over five years. The loans target businesses that are not eligible for traditional bank loans. Typically these are businesses that have only been generating sales and profits for a limited time or the businesses may also not have adequate collateral for traditional bank loans. Because these loans are riskier than traditional loans the interest rate is higher than the typical bank rate. UTFC's years of experience with assisting emerging growth businesses can be an important contribution to entrepreneurs who have businesses with solid potential. We are open to innovation and new ways of approaching business. Please contact us at 801 741-4200 or email us at info@innoventures.com for further information. |

Go English,English has become a necessity in Mexico for individuals that want to get a better job, study in college or travel and live in the United States. Most major Mexican cities have at least 8-15 successful private-English schools. Due to lack of teacher supply, schools are forced to accept mediocre teachers in order to fill the high demand. |
